Challenges, Godly direction, Lord Jesus, Safe, Tower

Runaway Ramp

“The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.” (Proverbs 18:10 NIV)

While driving on a major highway my husband pointed a strip of stony ramp connected to a narrow stony road going up the hill that merge to the same highway.

What is the purpose of that stony strip?

That is a runaway ramp. When the driver with overloaded vehicle lost his control over it, he can drive into the ramp, slow down, and safely take back the control of the vehicle uphill before merging back to the highway.

Whoa! A runaway ramp helps the driver regained control of his overloaded vehicle like Jesus Christ as my runaway ramp.

Where do you run when you are heavily laden?

God bless you and your loved ones. Feel free to contact me, share your comments and prayer concern so I can pray with you.
